Refund policy
Returns:
We aim to provide you with the best shopping experience possible, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy period starting from the delivery date.
Please note, to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, classified as "new" - unopened, in their original packaging, and with no signs of use.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Return shipping is free of charge for items that are damaged, or incorrect. Please note this does not apply if customers change their mind for their order.
We can also provide product exchanges if customers change their mind and want a different product. Please email our team at sales@purememorials.com and we will assist you.
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, or for any questions regarding returns or cancellations, please contact our friendly support team at sales@purememorials.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Who bears the costs for the return?
If the item arrives damaged, Pure Memorials will cover the return postage costs and provide a return label to our store, provided that you report the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery to your address.
If the customer changes their mind within 14 days after delivery, the customer will bear the cost of freight.
How do I request a refund?
To get a refund for your item, please email us at sales@purememorials.com. The item must be returned first before we initiate a refund. The return period is 14 days from the delivery date of the shipment. Items must be in new condition to qualify for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if the item is not in new condition. We will issue a refund to your original payment method which will appear within 7 days.
Cancellations:
At Pure Memorials, we strive to provide you with a pleasant experience when you shop with us. If you need to cancel your order, you have a 24-hour period from the time of purchase to do so without incurring any fees. Should you choose to cancel within this time-frame, we will immediately issue a full refund to your original payment method which will appear within 7 days. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority!
Damaged/Incorrect Item:
If your order arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged due to transit, please reach out to us at sales@purememorials.com within 24 hours of the product being delivered to your address. We will either refund or reship your order at no extra cost to you, Pure Memorials will cover all expenses. To facilitate the process, we will require a photo or video of the damaged item. Should you prefer to return the products, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
